Step 1: You have to be a regular user of the Mpesa Fuliza service and repay your loans on time by adding money to your MPESA account. 

Step 2: In this step, you need to opt out of Fuliza Mpesa. Here is how you can opt-out of Fuliza.

     * Dial *234# on your Safaricom line.

     *  Select Fuliza loan option

     *  Choose the Opt-out option

 On the MySafaricom app, follow these steps

   *    Choose the Mpesa option on the tab that appears on the lower part of the screen.

   *    Select Fuliza Mpesa option

   *    Choose the Opt-out option

Step 3: You will need to activate Fuliza again by doing this:

    * Dial *234# on your Safaricom line.

     *  Select Fuliza loan option

     *  Check Fuliza loan amount

On the MySafaricom app, follow these steps

   *    Choose the Mpesa option on the tab that appears on the lower part of the screen.

   *    Select Fuliza Mpesa option

   *    Choose the Opt-in option and check for the available Fuliza limit.

How to Use Fuliza Mpesa Loan

This is how to use and get access to a Fuliza loan.

*    Be a Safaricom Mpesa user and have an active Safaricom line in use for at least 6 months.

*    If you meet the above requirements, dial the code *234#, and select the Fuliza Mpesa option to opt-in.

*    When using the Safaricom Mpesa App, Choose the Mpesa option on the tab that appears on the lower part of the screen. Select the Fuliza Mpesa option and choose to opt in.

*    Safaricom Mpesa will automatically allocate you a Fuliza Limit based on your transaction records and available money in your account

*     When repaying the loan, load money to your Mpesa account which surpasses the amount of loan you took. Mpesa deposits can be done at a Mpesa shop.

Note: You can not exceed the amount assigned by Fuliza when transacting.
